This program is designed to reach on-line youth through seniors – any of you who are in need of mentoring or professional development and who desire personal growth with the goal of one day getting a good job and keeping it and also for those of you who will be active in your community and/or becoming community leaders.
This program teaches respect for yourself and others, leadership, and resume building. This information is directed primarily to our young people, all the late bloomers, and those who are returning to their community after drug or prison rehabilitation.
What you will see here is a genuine attempt to provide a level of service, common sense, critical thought, and logic, and to all who desire to grow personally.
I will also solicit the help of some of our readers and visitors to this site as guest authors and writers based on their level of knowledge, life experience, and desire to challenge our youth and expose them to leadership ideals that they may not be getting at home, in the church, or from their peers. The challenge then will be to guide them here and or spread the word of what we’re trying to do.
Ron Peeler, the author of this program, has 26-years of military service successfully leading, mentoring, supervising, and managing people, resources, and equipment.
